Exposición de fotografías premiadas en Fundación Cajasol, Córdoba

The headquarters of the Cajasol Foundation in Córdoba will host until March 2nd, the exhibition of the permanent collection of photographs awarded with the International Biennial of Contemporary Photography Citaroler (2006-2023), an exhibition that was inaugurated by the president of the Cajasol Foundation, Antonio Pulido and the University of Córdoba (UCO), Manuel Torralbo.

The exhibition, Clean by Cristina E. Coca Villar, showcases works by Begoña Zubero, Félix Curto, Manuel Sonseca, Juan del Junco, Karen Knorr, Jorge Yegui, Vari Caramés, Erica Nyholm, Jorge Fuembuena, Paula Anta, and Luis González Palma. This permanent collection of award-winning photographs allows the viewer to take a visual tour of the various artistic conceptions that defined the winners over almost two decades, in which contemporary photography has become one of the most important showcases of artistic expression.

The International Biennial Prize of Contemporary Photography Pilar Citoror was born as a commitment to photography as a contemporary expression of the most current art. The University of Córdoba and the Provincial Fine Arts Foundation, Rafael Botí, organized the first edition in 2006, with the aim of transforming the prize into a recognized international competition.

The exhibition can be visited until March 2, 2025, at Ronda de Los Tejes, 32, from Monday to Saturday, between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. On the contrary, Sundays and holidays will remain closed.
